This notice explains how R Creative Inc. handles information collected through rcreative.net. For privacy questions or requests, email hello@rcreative.net.

Information you share

Our inquiry form collects your first and last name, email address, the type of project you are interested in, and your message. We use this information to respond, discuss your project, and manage related communications and services. Sending an inquiry does not subscribe you to our newsletter.

If you join R Notes, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your first name. We also retain the signup source, the version of the signup wording, and the submission time to record your request to subscribe.

Hosting, cookies, and service providers

Netlify hosts this website and processes and stores form submissions for us. Website delivery and security involve processing technical information, such as IP addresses and web requests. Inquiry notifications are also delivered to our business email through Google Workspace.

We have not installed advertising pixels, third-party analytics scripts, or optional tracking cookies on this website. Fonts and portfolio images are served with the site. Links to Instagram take you to a separate service with its own privacy practices.

R Notes signups are currently collected through Netlify. When we begin sending R Notes through Substack, subscriber details will be transferred to Substack to deliver the newsletter. See Substack’s privacy policy for information about that service.

We do not sell information submitted through this website or share it for targeted advertising. We use service providers to host the site, manage submissions, and deliver communications. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect legal rights and security.

Retention and your choices

We keep inquiry information as needed to respond, manage the relationship and any resulting project, and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations. We keep newsletter signup information while you remain subscribed, and may retain a limited record of an opt-out so we can respect your choice.

You can ask us to access, correct, or delete information you have submitted by emailing hello@rcreative.net. We may need to verify your request. Some records may need to be retained for legal obligations or an ongoing project.

You can leave the R Notes list at any time by emailing hello@rcreative.net. Newsletter emails will also include an unsubscribe link. Unsubscribing from marketing does not prevent us from responding to your inquiry or communicating about an active project.
